You might know already some greeting in Japanese.

We use Itadakimasu before we eat
Gochisousamadesita is after we eat
These greetings show our appreciation to the food and everyone
who are involved in the meal, including farmers, fishers, and so on.
If you use these greetings in Japan, people definitely like you and appreciate your respect for our culture.
